Stage 1 Now Selling at Seascape Encounter Bay

‘Seascape’, Encounter Bay’s brand-new housing development, has officially launched to the market.

The public is abuzz with the recent launch of the new Seascape housing development in Encounter Bay, South Australia. Positioned on a picturesque 35 hectares overlooking the beautiful waters of Encounter Bay, Seascape will be a master-planned community that will provide much needed housing opportunities to over 300 households.

On-site preparations for the early stages of civil construction later this year have begun with preliminary work now underway. The recent sales launch has generated strong interest from members of the public who are looking for land in the area. Fifteen allotments have been released with pricing starting at $209,000. The land is being sold by, Connekt.

The release adds much-needed supply to the Outer South region, in an area identified as having significantly limited greenfield land available for housing development.

Additionally, a future commercial precinct is planned for the later stages of the project. “We will be talking to independent supermarket brands as well as boutique retailers and allied health providers - we want to provide future residents with convenient onsite amenity.”

The Seascape site is located 3km from the Victor Harbor town centre and 1km from the beach. The site’s elevated position gives it the advantage of panoramic sea views. “The inspiration for the name ‘Seascape’ came from the incredible views. It really is just like a painting when you look towards the water at sunrise” Mr Day said.
